Faith, Trust & Fairy Dust is a trading name of SG Ents Ltd.
By booking a party with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Bookings & Confirmation

  • Bookings are only confirmed once a deposit has been paid and written booking confirmation has been issued by Faith, Trust & Fairy Dust (SG Ents Ltd).

  • By confirming your booking and paying your deposit, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.

  • Specific entertainers or actresses requested at the time of booking are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. If a requested performer becomes unavailable due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, Faith, Trust & Fairy Dust (SG Ents Ltd) reserves the right to provide a suitable replacement of the same character wherever possible.

2. Deposits & Payments

  • All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • The remaining balance must be paid by the date stated in your booking confirmation.

  • Once a booking has been confirmed, the package selected cannot be downgraded or changed to a smaller package. Should you wish to upgrade your package, this may be accommodated subject to availability and any additional charges.3. Cancellations

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event will be charged the full remaining balance.

  • Cancellations made outside of this time frame will still result in loss of the deposit.

  • Party character may be changed with 10 days notice but is subject to availability.

4. Party Duration & Late Arrivals

  • Please allow our team a 15-minute window before and after your booked time for traffic or minor delays.

  • We cannot stay beyond the booked time if delays are caused on the client’s end, including late access to the venue or late arrival of guests.

  • Party time cannot be extended due to delays caused by the client.

5. Number of Children

  • The number of children attending must be agreed prior to the party.

  • Additional children may result in an additional charge or refusal to participate if numbers impact safety or party quality.

  • We reserve the right to limit numbers to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

6. Venue, Parking & Access

  • The client is responsible for ensuring the venue is suitable, safe, and has sufficient space for activities.

  • Free parking must be available outside or very close to the venue.

  • If parking is pay-and-display, permit-only, or restricted, additional charges may apply and must be agreed in advance. 

  • Delays caused by poor access or parking issues may reduce party time without refund.

7. Supervision & Responsibility

  • A responsible adult must remain on-site at all times during the party.

  • Our entertainers are responsible for leading activities only and do not provide sole supervision.

  • Faith, Trust & Fairy Dust / SG Ents Ltd accepts no responsibility for party guests, including injuries, behaviour, or personal belongings.

8. Behaviour & Conduct

  • We operate a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behaviour or language from children or adults.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a party if behaviour is deemed inappropriate.

  • No refunds will be given if a party is ended early due to behaviour issues.

9. Health & Safety

  • Parents/guardians must inform us in advance of any medical conditions, allergies, or additional needs.

  • Children participate at their own risk.

  • We reserve the right to adapt or stop activities if safety is compromised.

10. Equipment & Damage

  • Any damage to equipment caused by party guests may be charged to the client.

  • Faith, Trust & Fairy Dust / SG Ents Ltd is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.

11. Character Disclaimer

  • While our performers provide high-quality character-inspired entertainment, they do not claim to be licensed or affiliated with any trademark or copyright holders. All characters are portrayed for entertainment purposes only.16. Outdoor Events

12. OUTDOOR EVENTS

  • For outdoor parties, a suitable sheltered area must be available in the event of adverse weather. Our performers reserve the right to modify or cease activities if weather conditions present a risk to safety or may damage costumes or equipment.

13. Illness & Unforeseen Circumstances

  • In the unlikely event an entertainer cannot attend due to illness or emergency, we will attempt to provide a replacement.

  • If a replacement cannot be arranged, a full refund will be issued.

12. Acceptance of Terms

  • By booking with Faith, Trust & Fairy Dust (SG Ents Ltd) and paying a deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
